In this episode, I’m sharing something I learned while working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) that completely changed how I understand behavior—not just in kids, but in myself.

We often think our actions just happen, but there’s actually a process happening underneath: our thoughts shape our emotions, our emotions influence our beliefs, our beliefs form our identity, and our identity drives our actions.

When you begin to understand this ā€œinside-outā€ model, it can completely shift how you see yourself, your patterns, and your ability to grow.
